of Excell Communications has worked in wireless communications since 2000.  Starting her career in telecom for legal she has performed duties in varies aspects from Senior Paralegal to Project and Property Management.  She is currently working in-house for T-Mobile NOMO Market as Real Estate / Development and Construction Coordinator.  Teresa began volunteering for LMWA in 2008 as Chair for the Membership and Social Committee.  Her current tenure as Louisiana VP began in January 2010.
